How do I send a request for quote?

• Your Name
• Company Name.
• Your Phone Number
• E-mail address, where you would like the quote to be sent.

If no drawing exists in your Gerber files, please include design/manufacturing
guidelines.

Can you give me an overview of your quote service?

Our traditional quoting/ordering method does not require that you use our

What type or format of files should I send?

We would like to see Gerber files in 274X format; if that format is not available we will need an aperture list with your files.

A CNC drill file with tool sizes defined.

A fabrication drawing if available. If one is not available please list any manufacturing or design guidelines in your read me file.

What types of laminate materials do you carry?

• FR4, and High Temp. (170Tg (C) )
• Getek
• Polyimide
• BT Epoxy
• Duroid
• Teflon
• Copper Cladding: 1\2oz.-2oz.
• Laminate Thickness: Thin Core .005-.031, Rigid .031-.125

Other materials may be available upon request.

How can I pay?

We accept several methods of payment:
• Net 30, 2%-10 (on approved credit).

We accept the following credit cards:
• Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover Card

How do I establish credit terms, how long does it take?

What shipping services do you use?

Our shipping service providers are:
• UPS, FedEx, DHL, or Airline Service Counter-to-Counter.

How can I calculate a ship date?

• Use the calculation table to find the ship date.
• Add an additional day for any holidays that fall on a weekday.
Cut off time is 12:00 noon.
(mountain daylight time in the summer, pacific daylight in the winter).

If an order is placed by the cut off time, the following chart will display your approximate ship date.
